• Led Cost Reduction/Restructuring activities, especially by highlighting Overheads spend – reduced expenditure by 7%.
• Major player in the take-over of a service company, by identifying and setting up necessary procedures, controls and costs – enabled new market to be entered and turnover and profitability to increase by 10%.
• Introduced Customer site visits - enforced payment terms, improved business relationships and improved Cash Flow by improving DSO’s by 5 days.
• Optimised communications within the function and whole company, by use of appropriate reports, terminology and training – whilst reducing department headcount by 10%.
• Achieved strict reporting requirements of Head Office – by setting up defined processes and disciplines achieved requirement of Day 4.
