ACHIEVEMENTS / IMPROVEMENTS
Led cost reduction / performance and cash management improvement activities, by –
achieving 10% reduction in overhead spend, and positive cash flow through prompt
invoicing. Put in controls that were learnt whilst at Siebe.
Negotiated with banks and commenced invoice discounting - improved working capital
by £700k.
Introduced rolling P&L forecasting, by use of spreadsheets and involvement of all
functions – identified challenges / solutions and maximised profits.
Managed all aspects of major contract (including on-site activities, in Belfast).
