• Set up and developed reporting systems and controls in the early years of the £ multi-million Airbus project - Development, Prototype and Production costs (Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals). Responsible for all the multi-site accounting involved for the major projects.
• Introduced PC’s and Spreadsheets to efficiently analyse cost data and created reports and recommendations for presentation to senior management and Engineering / Project Directorate.
• Awarded “Best First Year Apprentice” and appointed the youngest manager on site at that time.
